Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, a hashed password, your plan, and the date you signed up.
• Usage data. Counts of searches, streams and downloads, so we can apply plan limits and show you your own usage.
• API binding. The IP address a download API key is bound to, which exists to stop key sharing.
• Technical logs. Standard web server logs, retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

What we do not collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third party advertising or tracking scripts. We do not build profiles of your listening for resale.

Passwords

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. We cannot read your password, and neither can anyone who obtains the database.

Email

We send transactional email: verification, password resets, billing notices, and service notifications. You can opt out of non essential email from your account settings.

Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe, who handle card data directly. We store only the identifiers needed to manage your subscription. Outbound email is delivered through our own mail infrastructure.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in. That is the extent of it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us from your registered address. Deleting your account removes your personal data; anonymised aggregate counts may remain.
